Ken and Shannon Andrews, along with their long-time friends and business partners Joanna and Chad Hammerstrom, share a deep bond that extends beyond mere partnership—they're neighbors, confidants, and kindred spirits. This marks their second historic property renovation in downtown Camas, a testament to their dedication to preserving the area's rich heritage while embracing modernity.
Their vision took shape as they meticulously planned and executed a major renovation project, transforming the century-old building into a beacon of modernity while preserving its historic charm. A key aspect of their renovation included creating a new retail space for IQ Credit Union, honoring the building's legacy while accommodating the needs of the community.
But their ambitions didn't stop there. Recognizing a gap in the downtown area—a lack of suitable office space for local professionals and entrepreneurs—they saw an opportunity to address this need. Thus, the concept of Executive Suites was born—a space designed to cater to the diverse needs of modern professionals, offering a blend of functionality, convenience, and sophistication.
